About the MY99- I think so, it works on my 96. But I really have no idea.

IIRC, for the 97-99 Legacy's, the grill is about a 1/2" too short. It fits perfectly on the 95-96's.

Yeah thats what I thought... Subaru did a minor facelift in the middle of the the BD/BG runs.

Niiiiice. I'd take it if it fit the '99, but I also remember talk of a minor facelift that means it won't fit.

You can fit it in >97, just need to be creative on how to fill up the 1/2" gap (small piece of duct guard here):

Ernest
PS.. the JDM headlights are still for sale.

Yo subiekid,
I'm up at U of I right now, but I'm coming down next weekend to visit a friend coming back from the Marines. So I will just bring it down with me and we can meet up. BTW is your swap done?

sounds good. why did ya leave bsu? do ya like u of i? i will either go to albertsons, bsu, or u of i. not sure, but i have made it into all 3 (not hard at all with a 4.21 gpa) w00t w00t. i wil pm ya wiht my cell. the swap is not done yet, it should be done around friday, but so far we are just doing the basics. motor, gauges galor, safc, umm maybe a wrx ic ( not sure at this point), oh, and custom 2.5 in exhuast, with a borla muffler.

btw, if you get an sti bumper for the legacy, our 95 to 99 years, then the bumper will require the smaller grill that was on the 95 and 96. the bumper is only 250 at primitive. but he sells a gril that has no emblim, but i think it would be really sweet, to have the TT look on my 95 legacy TURBO!!!
