Thanks for posting the pictures. You got some great action. What camera were you shooting with?

I have been going to Pro Rallies since '78 & this one had the best spectator info of all of them. The marshals were just great too.

Pictures were taken with a sony dsc-f505v

It was my first time going to a rally! Lots of fun, and lots of cold appendages.

No mine was the silver L with silver wheels. I liked the look of that silver one with the gold rally wheels. I think that was someones from Prodrive.

Here's a try at some pictures for you guys.

Why, Mike, whatever do you mean?

Cool pic of my car, thanks! That's right, everyone, real live JDM wagon tail lights!

PM me and let me know what Mark @ Lachute had to say. Did the other Mike make it home alright?

Trent - I think he got home OK. I haven't talked to him since Sunday. I left a message for him yesterday.

I called Mark @ Lachute but he wasn't there yesterday. I'm gonna try calling him in a bit.

You know what I mean.

Nice pics. Good job.

In that first pic, does it make your car run hot if snow is blocking the radiator? just a thought.

If Mark isn't there, talk to Julien.

I wonder if Mike had any success talking his wife into the whole motor swap thing?

- Trent

P.S. You guys wanna go to the ProRally in PA?

Yea, if it is a total block it will overheat the car..

Im not positive.. but I believe that is what knocked makkinen out of monte carlo.

It knocked Makinen out of Sweden. Trent, we saw your car parked over by Parps' wagon a couple times. There was another fellow with a nice black wagon with STi lights, V6 seats, and a light bar with huge lamps on the front that was parked at the Super 8 as well.

When I first saw that pic I though it was alot of snow in front of the radiator as well, but I guess if the stages are short enough it's something you might be able to clear off.

Here is the money shot I got of Rek and Dupree, I just wish the pic was a little clearer.

Phil, you mean that black wagon with the black Speedline(?) wheels? Yeah, that was a nice looking car. Those guys were staying in the next room over from us, I think. Not sure who they were or where they were from.

Trent - Talked to Mark a bit today and got some high quotes. He's working out something cheaper for my cheap @$$.

Mike planted the seed in the wife's head and I guess she's warming up to the idea.

You talking STPR??? I might be able to go I gotta see when it is. IIRC, it's in June so that might be a problem because I'll be in California @ the beginning of June. We'll see...

Phil - I like the pic. I wish I had my camera on the stages that we got to see some action.

IIRC, Trent got them when he got the swap done. His motor was out of a V3 wagon clip so the tails where there with him.

Trent - NO go on STPR. I'll be in California that weekend.

MGXSport, mykrrrr is close, I got my tail lights from a member called greg555. He got a front clip from Japan from a Ver. 4 wagon (the tails and the full exhaust came with it).

However, if you're looking for some, it sounds like Lachute is getting shipments from Japan pretty regularly, they can probably source some for you.

mykrrrr, why are you going to CA in the middle of the summer?!?!?!

Trent - Close enough.

I'm going to California for my little cousin's wedding. She's all growns up now.

How could I get in contact with Lachute?

Thanks
