Turbo or supercharged?

Yo! I been thinkin, and I wanted to ask you guys somethin. Which is more powerful, reliable, gas consuming, or anything else: a turbo or a supercharger? and do they even make a supercharger for Subaru's? Thanx!

Rimmer Engineering (what they used to be called) makes a supercharger kit for the 2.5. Approximately 230 hp. One problem, they took off with people's money last time they were in business.

I'd personally prefer a supercharger because of the flat torque curve and the low to mid power. TriTuning might be unveiling a supercharger in the near future.
The Subaru has been proven reliable with a turbocharger, but these cars are only available outside of the U.S.
