Default Video game addicts - name your poison

What are you addicted to and why?

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mine: Grand Theft Auto 3

I'm insanely addicted to it. I've got a game with almost everything and I end up blowing a bunch of stuff/people up and then stealing a tank and seeing how far I can make it.

PS2 - DOA2. Not a great fighting game but it entertains me.

Online - Delta Force Black Hawk Down multiplayer download. Real fun.

Also Midtown Madness 2 online once in a while. Game is OLD but still lots of fun. My name on there is _WaR_EyebalChambers_ for anyone who plays on there.

Battlefield 1942...
Shooting people in the face with tank shells = fun.

I can never realy get "addicted" to a game cause my attention span is too short. I can play one game nonstop for 2-4 days, or play a game regularly for a couple weeks before I need something new for a few weeks.

W3rd on GTA3: especially since I only have the PC version and the game is editable.. I can't stop driving my 99,000 pound car around that has a top speed of... well... stupid fast. I hit a jump and fly around the 'world' 3 or four times at an alititude thats so high I can't see any of the islands anymore. When I land (unless it's in the water) I end up getting a stunt bonus of around $77,500.

And, I'm STILL in love with Diablo II: Lord of Destruction.

Must... level...barbarian.... must....find.... unique.... elite... items.

Battlefield 1942

If you get bored of the game, there are sooo many other things you can do, like run people over in a jeep, blast yourself into the air with TNT, bail out of a plane really high in the air, and use your parachute at the last second. You let out 2 full screams when you do that. It's quite amusing.

There's sooo many neat little things you can do in this game. I'm getting pretty good at it.

Soul Calibur for Dreamcast: Everytime I play Lizard Man, the more I wish I could be him.

Test Drive 5 and 6: Everyone else seems to hate them, But honestly, I don't give two piles of bat guano about physics and such when I want to play a kick ass arcade racer. And that's exactly what the TD series is.

18 Wheeler (Dreamcast): Awesome game, I've always wanted to be a truck driver and this is the closest I'll get for some time. I just wish this game was longer, much longer.

I'm STILL playing halo.... still...

I'm gonna wet my pants when I finally get to play halo 2

I just never get tired of sniping someone in their head just as soon as they realize I'm aiming at them and they try to aim back at me.

NVN is awesome, i liked it so much i cant force myself to play the old style rpg like icewind dale II. The 5 chaps are short though, so if you get it download other peoples mods and play it.

D2 Lod is always fun, the hacks they have are fun too, but get boring fast. I liked to play it to collect items and such.

Age of Mythology kicks butt. i think it was 32 mission. Playing it on easy still took me a few days.

Heheh, I'm with RaceCarRiot on the digital action figures thing... I could play GTA3 and GTA Vice City till I die! There's just so much you can do in those games... And of course, I always love playing Gran Turismo 3, still don't have 100%. And last but not least, I have 600 NES roms on my computer, and those never get old!
