Default Hey Ben

I dont know where that discussion was, but thanks for the info.

More info = a good thing!

I have a question about the projector fogs, do you know if when you turn them on both sides come on simultaneously? Or a the two sides of each housing switched seperately?

Here's more random info.

the 250T is the Japanese badging for the 2.5 GT. I believe it stands for 2.5 Touring.

It`s a 25T, and it does stand for touring. There`s also the Lancaster (outback).

no, it's a 250T. I've got the badge on my car. And you can clearly see it on the last picture above.

the discussion was... there was no jdm srs momo with the cruise control lever on the side. i knew i had seen one before but could not prove it... now i can!

i'm also at a loss w/regards to those lights. i'm assuming the projectors come on with the low beam, and the center fogs are on an accessory switch?

my hyper rev legacy book says 250T also... weird setup. ej25 motor with a gtb outside, but not the inside. it does have dual glass moonroofs though...

The cruise control was never offered on the GT-B or top line turbos (the GT did have that option IIRC).

That car is an A type 250T - they got those lights before they were intro'ed on the B type high-end cars.

I think you guys mostly know this anyway, but from the outside it goes: indicators, sidelights, projectors - which are the low beams, inside of them are the main/high beams.

The fogs are the inside projecors in the bumper and the lights on the outside are turn lights (coz those lights were not great for illuminating to the side when turning, and indeed saved a few pedestrians when I had my BG - <rant>why do Japanese wear black and then expect you to be able to "sense" their presence at night </rant>).

Cheers

yeah, those are projectors. There's a set for sale floating around here. I'm not sure who it was selling 'em. Do a search and you might find 'em.
