Post Raceline Wheels - Where To Buy, How To Paint?

Looking for a good price on Raceline wheels (RL-7 15's). Also, I'm considering changing the color on them. What works and what doesn't work as far as powder coating vs. painting, and is there a color (silver or gold I think are the only two original choices) that's easier to refinish & paint than the other? TIA.

I got mine from Demon Tweeks in the UK last fall. SPD also carries them.

What color do you want? I think they offer more colors now than are shown on the website - I think silver, gold, white, black, and yellow (I have white).

I think refinishing them would be a waste --- they are a beautifully finished wheel (even if you don't like the stock colors).

One of the nicest wheels I've ever owned!

Mmmmm... Yellow...

Just thinking about wheel colors for a WRBP rally car to match the paint scheme. I agree they're nicely done, and I did see white on the web site. I'll check the two suppliers- it'd be nice not to have to refinish anything. Thanks!

Oh, the gold RL-7's have blue center caps that would match the WRBP!!!

Gold gold gold!!!! (Richard and I have one set gold and one set of silver).

I have a RBP with Yellow accents and Gold RL7's which I have yet to fit. I will sometime and post a pic for your viewing pleasure.

RL7's come in gold, white, silver, & anthracite FYI, and powdercoating them a different color would be a waste. They are very tough and nice looking wheels.

I actually hate this question, but approximately what does a RL7 weight? Specifically in a 15"x7" or 8"

I know the 17x7s weigh about 21 lbs.

I can find out how much the 15s are.

Also, I can sell them to you for $825 for 4.

Speaking of Racelines, does anyone know about getting replacement center caps? They come off pretty easily, and I think it's probably just a matter of time until some jerk swipes them. Thanks,

Brian

(I got mine from SPD - have nothing but good things to say about Mike Shields.)
