All go, no show.

Have a Nice Day?

Seriously, what's so horrible about Konig's? Not the lightest, but they make pretty strong wheels that look good. From your comment shinestreetwill, I imagine you must have some pricey race wheels?

KOnigs? 42 offset? DON'T DO IT! If I were you I would go with something Subaru OEM (because you know it is guaranteed to fit and have the right offset) or OZ or my favorite, the TE 37s'. I just wish that I could afford them, but someday I will!

I could have swore that the bashing was settled with the Konig vs the world thread. I guess not. Give it a break guys. Can't people just say something like, "Well, I wouldn't recomend then for this reason..." Instead of, "I know you not gonna put those piece os ****s on your suby!" If I wanted to see people flame each other I reas Club Si.

Tats.

Can't we all just get along?

Man, what is it with these shine street guys. I am just waiting for an info-mercial to start up telling us that those "quality products" we should buy should come from the Shine Street shop who sells....Good luck getting anyone to buy anything when you bash their wheels. Try a more ethical form of advertising instead of attacking the competition. I agree with Tats that if you have some constructive, meaningful reasons for people not to buy Konig, or any other brand, who really dont need a better wheel then by all means come forward. But if your just gonna call it ***** than dont bother.

Oh and yes, 42 is not a good idea unless you want premature wheel bearing failure and your tires to stick out of your fenders. There is always some other place you can find a similar wheel.

Konigs can bend/break easily. I know Ben has a pic of a shattered Konig from a pot hole.

I too agree that +42 is not good. As for the rims...I have heard that they do bend and or break more often tham some others. If you do buy them (In a better offset of course) I advise avoiding all really bad roads. My buddy has had a set for a couple of years now and so far so good. If you have alot of snow where you live I would retaian you stock wheels for the winter/spring seasons.

Tats.
