on in CO IIRC that ran pikes peak..privatly owned, he trashed it at the peak though if i remember correctly when he was running, not thrash it bad, but any scratch IMHO on a 22B is a thrash job
and i think that covers it..just the 2 as far as i know, the PR car from SOA and that nice rich old guys

again..there is more than ONE in the US. One ran in pikes peak, and SOA has a PR/ collector car
not trying to be mean, just stating the truth, the 22B is here for the same reasons the evo's are here, rally racing

22b is a tarmac car. If someone is rallying one, they...

a) are dumb as gravel
b) have more money than brains
c) need to have their head examined

I know someone did a meet with the 22b down in Maryland. I am sure you guys know all about this. Was wondering if you would actually be able to get this car for a really big meet for everybody to see.

I know some people at SOA so I will have to ask if they can get the car for me or they can bring it up.

all i am telling you is what i have seen pictures of and what i have been told from people i highly respect in the rally-business.
They have showed me pictures of a rally-prepped 22B running at pikes peak in IIRC 00 or it may have been 99.

You won't find a 22b here in America,
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hope that's not your *Final Answer*

Because there are two in the USA that I know of.

One of course is the SOA car and the other is the car that was imported to run last years Pikes Peak.

However it is not road legal to my knowledge..

It has been overbored and has Cosworth pistons fitted. It has full fuel cell, rollcage, gutted interior, Stack digital dash and even Moretti four head lamp setup.

Or i can dig up more and some pictures if i find them.. ahh well.. i am getting sick of digging through posts..

The Pikes Peak car had some major cash spent on it and blew the motor on the way up.

It was imported under a limited time thing (visiting race car) I had heard it was going back.

The closest one to me is RSquire's car in the UK but that is getting an engine rebuild.

Oh, the SOA one is missing the number badge, but we hear it is #13.
