I wonder why they didnt give the rest of the world the 2.5T?

We'll probably find out that the 2.0 version is way better than the 2.5 because everyone else always gets the better version!

Probably because 2.5T STi isn't in production yet and rest of the world already switched to new style last year.

Also, the specs over there are pointing out 265 HP, they get an AC, Radio with a CD and guess what 38,150.00 EUR which is about the same in USD.

No, it's not.

They got the UK STi now, instead of an STi that has so far been designed only for America and isn't even in production yet. They may eventually get it - STi versions are released quite often, not every 5 years, but within a year or two.

The 2.5-litre turbo is a corporate motor designed so far for a very specific market, America. America doesn't have any tax laws on engine sizes. Most, if not all, of Europe does have tax laws on engine sizes. A 2.0-turbo in Germany may be far more popular than a 2.5 would for that very reason.
