Question Where is/ or is there an idle adjustment screw for 02' Wrx?

Is there an way to raise the idle in 02' Wrx, I know on some cars there is an screw you can adjust ..I have asked this question before and someone told me you could only do it with an DeltaDash IIRC.

You can alter idle speed with Delta Dash.
