Default Need a new gear set, need alittle help.

I have a 99 with a broken reverse gear. The tranny has been broke 3 times before and I'm sick of Subaru parts.

I'm looking at getting a MRT gearset, but didnt find much info on it.
-does it include 5th and reverse gear?
-with all the problems with broken teeth in my gear box, should I be worried about wear on the box?
-they say its synchro, are there going to be any tricks in driving it?
-my cars stock and dont want to have anymore problems with the car for a while, will there be alot of issues with this gear set? I want something thats going to work and not cause any more tranny issues? is this going to be the best choice?

Any other comments are welcome, I have tried doing some reasearch, but I'm asking you guys for personal experence.

you can probably find an sti 5-speed, quantum-racing sells the gears for a fair price.
