Has anyone ever done this and is it even feasible?? I am looking to upgrade my performance and figure a turbo would do it wouldn't it??? Anyone know where and how much??? Would I also have to upgrade my tranny as well?? Any input is greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Cody codypalmer@hotmail.com °¿°

It'll fit fine.
Main issue is the going from OBD1 to OBD2. You need to keep your OBD2 computer to be emissions compliant and all that good stuff......however the OBD2 computer doesn't have native support to control the stuff the turbo motor has. So that would mean some sort of extra engine management to piggyback the stock ECU. It's a very feasible swap, but there are some issues that should be worked out first. |
