Tinting

so im gettin tint tomorow on my black wrx. any suggestions on what id go with?
i was thinkin limo the rear window, then 22% the 4 door windows, and put a 6% front window banner
any input advice?

I think the best tint jobs are when there is equal tint % all the way around, not different shades... I'd go with 25% all the way around, but that's just me.

I got back 3 windows limo tint and front 2 private tint turned out pretty nice.....

I got 35% all around, i would have prefered to get something like 20-25% but didn't want to chance getting bitched at by the cops. There are a couple of pics there w/ my tint....

I have 5 in the rear and 35 up front...I think the 2 different shades is a good idea, but thats just me..

First of all, I wouldn't do limo on the back 'cause u gonna have a hard time seeing while u back up at night.

Also, since it's illegal to have any tints in the front (driver/ front passenger window) in CA, I will definitly consider to do two tone on the tints; darker (15% -25%) in the back ones and lighter (25%-35%) in the front. That way the front tints is not as obvious as u would do 22% all around... (of course, that's just isn't as obvious, u could still get a fix ticket.) I have 35% tints in the front and 25% tints in the back for like a year now, looks good and haven't get pull over for the tints yet...*touch wood*. Good Luck.

I have 20% in the back, 35% in the front, and I think it was 55% on the windsheild. The different shades dont look bad to me.

I got 20% on the rear and rear passenger windows
and 35% on the front sides.

quite happy with it, although sometimes I wish the rear was darker...but like slack20123 I rather be safe than sorry.

Damn that looks good. I have a black wagon and dark tint looks awsome.

Now to decide for clear side markers or Sti CF markers?
