Default CEL Problem...Looking for solution.

I got the code pulled:

P0141: O2 Sensor Heating Circuit Malfunction (Bank1 Sensor2)

I have Borla headers/catback and stock cat section on my 2000 L (73k miles). Is there any way around this problem? I am low on funds and I can't afford $150 for a new one. Also I have to pass emissions by the end of the month. Am I totally SOL or what?

Rear O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction. Bosch universal is only ~$70 from any parts store (4-wire 0-1v).

Both my sensors are Bosch universals I figured for 1/2 the price I could buy 2 just in case .
