Where is the fuel filter on 00 RS?

Where is the fuel filter on my 2000 RS?
I was looking or it and can't find it, but its probably staring me in the face.

It's the cylinder with hoses coming out of it. Next the the washer bottle, near the master cylinder, on the left front wheel arch bulge.
