Question How much oil to I need to purchase to change my WRX tranny and diff oil?

I want to switch the tranny to Redline 75W90NS and the rear diff to Redline 75W90. How many quarts of each do I need? Thanks.

Nick,

From my understanding, if you drive hard(drag strip or auto-x), every 30K is not a bad idea, otherwise every 60K.

I'm gonna do mine every 30K for safe measure. I've got 30K on her right now (in a hundred or so miles) so timing it for me should be easy to remeber. . .
