Question Ground Control Coil Overs??????

Has anyone heard, used, or seen the ground control coil overs on our car? Are they good, bad, decent? I can get them for real cheap, but I want some opinions before I go messing something up because of coil overs that suck.

What did you pay for them? And will they work with the STi inverted struts (pink ones)?

I have a few questions concerning these shocks:
1) Are they Impreza specific?
2) Where did you get them?
3) How much were they?
4) Is it a complete set-up(coil-overs &
springs)?
Thanks,
RONIN

I have the KYB AGX's and they work great with the GC coilovers. The STI V.5 are made by KYB so I am sure they will work just fine. You can call GC and order directly from them and get them tailored to suit your needs.

Ground Control's generic coilover sleeves WON'T fit an STi5 strut. If you've ever held both an AGX and an STi5 in your hands you'd know why.

Elite Twit- What price are you getting them at? Just curious. I called GC and they said it was $849 + shipping.

Must be nice to be able to spend thousands of dollars on a "real" coilover setup...

Seriously, save the money by getting something reasonable (like AGX w/ GC) and then spend what you save on something that you will really be happy with down the road (turbo).

If i could find a set of TEIN HAs, i'd snatch them up for anything up to $1000.

They're very hard to get from people however.

Dante has adjustable perches that will fit the V5 struts. All you would need are GC's springs. However, I have no idea if these are up to the quality of the GC setup.

The coil over set is $369, can't remember if it is with/without shipping.
