Default Why is it so damn HARD to make an appointment at Irvine Subaru?

I've called SPI Motorsports about 6 times within the last 2 weeks and have never been able to talk to a representative. They are always either not in... or it keeps ringing until it takes me back to the main menu. What gives?

Not a dig on Irvine, but you tried... why not give South Cost Subaru a call. The service dept. guys there are really cool.

Hey guys. I know we aren't always the easiest to get a hold of. Any department here. We're usually very busy and I personally have not been in the office much of this week. Prodrive has been in town and we've been working with them on Power Pack issues. If you can't get a hold of us at our normal number, or the receptionist won't take a message you can call 949-633-5995. Unless I'm asleep (it's the middle of the night) you'll get a hold of me every time. We try to get back to everyone that leaves a message, but unfortunately we are human and do forget things. I'm handling all the messages from this week and end of last tomorrow.
Again, apologies for being hard to get a hold of at times.

I dunno what number you guys called, but I called into service, talked directly to the service guy Albert, and had an appointment for 2 days later. Came in, took a look at my problem, resolved the issue, and washed my car. Bought parts painlessly and ordered a new switch, which has come in after only waiting 4 days.

Top notch customer service. The fact they have sold the most WRX's in the US bespeaks their total customer service commitment.

W3rd, I love Irvine Subaru, always take good care of me and my car I just wish they had included a jack and tools when I bought my car (used) from them

I know that Irvine Subaru/SPI Motorsports have great customer service and staff.. that is why I bought my car from them. I just needed to vent a little. Anyways, thanks for the help Ryan. I will be calling soon.

P.S How many days in advance should I setup an appointment to have something installed? Thanks again.
