Question problems with purchase..need help

i bought 4 new tires and had them mounted at a tire shop in my area. it is a large chain type business. they scratched 3 of my rims. they are now telling me that they can have them resurfaced, but i would rather have three new rims. does anyone know if this something i can legitimately do? or does anyone know someone else who has had a similar problem??? thanks for any help

Were the rims brand new? If not a re-surface is in your future.

Sorry, dude, but there are ways of making old rims look brand new, so I don't think you'll be seeing new rims anytime in the near future. So, if they can fix it, they don't have to buy you new ones.

Shane,
I would go for a powder coated finish. That would be the best way to hide the scratches and make sure they all match. Color of your choice. My thoughts on your car would be gun metal.

Happened to my friend, they will be getting resurfaced most likley. Have them powdercoated in gun metal would be cool, or white, that blue and white would look nice

be happy they offered to do anything at all!
most shops when damaging rims will not offer assistance at all.. it's happened to me in the past.. they just simply say... "we didnt do that... prove it..." now how the hell are you going to prove it???

take their offer and run with it...
