Lightbulb Help! How did you guys install vishnu unichip with PNP adapter???

How can I install it so that the PNP adapter does not block the ECU cover? I just can't find the way to cleanly install it. I ended up installing it without the metal ECU protective cover 'cause PNP adapter was on the way..... can someone post a pic of way to cleanly installing the Vishnu unichip?

I just love the way my car drives with the chip .... it makes huge difference in every gears!

When I first installed it and went out for a drive, CEL blinked 3 to 4 times then went away. Is this normal?

You need to get standoffs so the floor plate sits 1/2 - 3/4" higher but then there is plenty of room.

I get CELS whenever I hit it hard (either on the track or on a twisty piece of road when I am really doing the WOT to brake back to WOT). The cell I get is misfire - the EMI adapter fixes this problem. I also had rough running around 100-120 in 4th and 5th gears but the EMI adapter fixed this too.

Good Luck!

you can just buy longer bolts and some nylon spacers. that's what i did. the bolts i got are like 25mm or 30mm long, threading is m6 x 1.0. then i got 1" long nylon spacers and cut them down a bit to fit between the ecu plate and mounting brackets. i couldn't justify the $25 or whatever it costs for the special metal spacers.

That is not a good news!. Is it a normal problem with Vishnu unichip??? How can you manage to install unichip, PNP, and EMI all together in that tight spot?
