Default MRT with a V8 spice

I just installed the Sti Group N motor and tranny mounts today. It took me 6 hours, but the job's done with one stripped bolt. Oh well... So, I first noticed that first and third gear is spongy as poo, but I posted that in the transmission forum. There is a vibration around the floor and seats. I hope the car doesn't vibrate to peices. It's not too umbearable, but I was soo used to my smooth acceleration after the SPG mod.

I have a MRT header system with their dual tip muffler. It used to rattle around 2000 rpm and the sound up top sounded more like modified, raspy Acura Integra. During installation, I checked my exhaust system and found the front O2 sensor was loose... very loose (no CEL before). Before, 3000 rpm was smooth and quiet. Now, after 2500 rpm, the car produces a V8 sound and is 2X louder. I think I like it! I can't imagine what my car will sound like with a straight-through 'bullet performance' muffler replacement (similar to Magnaflow's). I have not tested out the performance yet due to the bolts needing to settle in, but the car does seem to like me playing with the throttle. I hope the sound stays.

I heard it a bit last Friday night. "Someone" came out from the side of the road and followed you for a bit.

Hey, you didn't even honked or high beamed me. Then again, I would've took it the wrong way and drove more spirited off. Haha, PM'd you back.
