Default P0136 after driving hard for an afternoon

Hey all. I have a Brullen header-back exhaust and for a few months now I've been getting a P0136 (rear o2 sensor malfunction) code whenever I drive it hard for awhile. If I drive it hard over a period of a couple weeks, it'll pop on, or a whole afternoon of beating it'll come on.

Why is it doing this?

What would the fix be?

I'm most likely going to replace the sensor on Saturday. I already had the front replaced because it needed it.
