Local Performance Shops

Curious where the local subaru performance shops might be around here. The closer to Irvine the better, but otherwise as long as it's "drivable" distance.

Depends on what you are installing.

I get my stuff from Dynamics in Lake Forest all the time. Installing struts/springs...I would let them do. For anything else, I take it to other places, just because they haven't really worked on Subarus yet. I think mine was the first one they worked on.

Well, I'm looking to get perrin rear sway bar and end links soon. As well as prodrive springs. I know SPI has the springs and I know I can get the bar/links online, but hoping to find them locally.

Do you have Dynamics #? When I get the springs, I'll probably be checking on install prices.

Have Nacho install your springs for you if you do. Make sure that the springs align with the struts. The first time they did, they didn't. But I'm sure they know now. I was pretty much teh guinea pig, but that was back in the day...circa 2001...

Hi Speed in Sylmar will put the springs in for $150 I believe...but it's quite a drive for you.

Another tip: when you have your springs/struts installed...take your seats out...they'll charge less. Tell them, the guy w/ the white GC8 sent you.
