03 Rex sluggish after mods
Well, I'll start by letting you know what mods I've done to this point: HKS down pipe, Tanabe Hyper Medallion cat back exhaust, GFB BOV (at 100% to atmosphere), and Ingen CAI. I have Autometer boost, EGT, and A/F ratio gauges.
I reset the ECU after installing the BOV and CAI. Now my car is running rather sluggish and is getting horrible gas mileage. This leads me to believe that the car is running lean. My boost is set to 16PSI (maxxed out)and my EGT never goes past 700-800 degrees. My A/F meter came defective from Summit Racing, but I will have a new one installed on Saturday.
Any suggestions as to how I can remedy this situation? Should I reset the ECU again? I have never seen a CEL since doing any of the mods, but I really don't feel the boost kick in like i did when the car was stock.
Any help will be appreciated.

Try posting this in Factory Forced Induction.
WRX != normally aspirated
Does it pull hard at any point, or is it sluggish all around?
With those mods I would definitely get some sort of engine management very soon in the form of ECUtek or piggyback chip. If you're worried about something going wrong with the car, put the boost back to stock until you can get management.
