Question ITG air filters?

I'm looking for reviews on the drop-in air filters made by ITG. They are resold by www.rallyperformance.com and www.vermontsportscar.com and I'm not sure who else.

I currently have a K&N in my OEM intake and am looking around at other options. No I'm not expecting 10hp. out of a panel filter, so ...

I've just read a lot that some K&N tests have led to an actual *loss* in power, and I know that a dirty K&N breathes worse than a new OEM paper filter. Was wondering about the ITG in comparison, I suppose.

People swear by both K&N and OEM, and understand both arguments, but I've heard nothing of these. Thanks.

Once the excess goo drained out of it (and what a surprise that was, seeing stuff leaking out of my airbox), mine has been fine. I didn't realize how heavily it'd been oiled.

Somebody else local to me told me it caused a problem with their maf sensor, but I haven't had any trouble.

I've had my ITG filter for 30K - no problems with MAF sensor, excess goo etc. I vacuum the sponge to clear debris every 10K.

Car sounds/breathes better and some subjective performance increase (turbo spools lower in rev range)
