Am I screwed?

Just did the uppipe install on my 02 WRX and mashed the O2 sensor pretty good. Tried to start the car and it tried and died.

so I figured Id try somthing else, pulled the O2 plug and the car starts fine and Idles well, what I guess I'm trying to figure out is will this damage my engine at anything higher than Idle? Utec doesn't record any knock thus far and there is no strong fuel smell, nor is there any blowback in the exhaust. I know the dangers of running too rich and too lean and I'm trying to figure out if I can drive for the next 2 or so days until I get a new one.
Any help or ideas are appreciated.

You should probably get a new one right away. The ECU uses the front O2 sensor for a/f ratio adjustment if i'm not mistaken.
