yes - the only thing you need to replace are the bushings - and ones o fit the bar you purchase will be included with it.

Note - this is a direct answer to your question... the suitability of the factory mounts to your uprated swaybar is an entirely different matter.

Yes. Fits like a glove. I've been using the 24mm bar with stock mounts and stock endlinks for about two years.

Yes. Put a lot of silicone grease on the Cusco bushings. And do a search first next time.
