Exclamation Lots of nearly new gravel rally tires

Total Autosport brought back a huge number of new and used gravel rally tires from last weekend's rally in Alberta. They're lying around in the shop at the moment.

If you are after cheap rally tires get down there to get your pick of the bunch. Good investment if you plan on doing summer TSDs.

These are all motorsport gravel tires so they will be 15" only. Lots of sizes, compounds, types etc.

I was just down there, there is a huge selection. Most of them look in very good condition. Ken was also saying he's got two Bell helmets. Open face for 350CAD, and a full face for 500. If anyone is looking for a very good quality helmet these would do just dandy. They are both white.

They are motorsport helmets...(I forget the meaning of the ratings now). Not motorcycle helmets in any case. They do not come with intercoms from what I saw of them.

Peter, where is your mobile??

Let me know if you are gonna part the rotors.
Even though I have a set I may want an extra.

that SOLD marking on the rallybc website indicates the rubber now wrapping Mirage's old 15" rims...

thanks again Ken (mirage) and Ken (keno)!! loving the new tires... well.... I at least love looking at them in the garage, waiting for them to be used in Heart of Darkness...

The great thing about gravel rally tires is that when the car starts to slide, the grip gets stronger for a time and the car drives like it's on rails. They make a world of difference. You'll enjoy them for sure.

I think most of them are spoken for (mainly out of town people). Used tires in such good condition don't come around very often (especially WRC style Michelins).

I should warn you. Most professional tire shops will not be able to mount the rally Michelins, specially the hard compounds. Bender at OK Tire can do it and Total can do it because they have heavy duty equipment (and Bender showed Total all the tricks).

yeah I can't wait to test 'em out... we need more logging roads in richmond!

and I had Cody and Ken mount and balance for me at Total...

Ken was also saying that they were working on getting a HUGE amount from back east for sometime in the future... I have no doubts that they'll unload those ones quickly too...
