Default OT: window tint

i have no idea about this but... my mom was asking me about if she had the windows tinted at home would the lack of UV rays affect her plants? does ne1 have an answer for this?

also wonder where can u buy tint by the box like the professionals have?

Will window tint destroy my plants?

Since I am a plant expert.. i can tell u..

In most cases, if a house plant is already receiving adequate light, the use of window film will not harm it. New growth MAY be retarded, and for a FEW days, a plant may go through an acclamation period while it adjusts to the light change. If a particular plant normally wilts by the end of a sunny day, it will actually thrive better with the film installed. Though there are no guarantees that your plant

slightly OT: would a landlord have a problem with installing window tint? it's not permanent and is easily removed...
