Default Is there anything wrong with getting a multiple lug pattern wheel

I'm just curious as to if there weaker, worse quality etc.
This is the wheel I'm considering:

5ZIGEN Heidfeld Mesh
http://speedoptions.com/articles/343...cdaafaa245259b

Although these may or may not be multiple pattern there are a few others I'm thinking about that are.

wow.. 19 lb! those better be strong for as heavy as they are. they look pretty good though. i like the 'Hyper Silver'

I'm sure when they design the wheel that its going to be strong enough to not break at the bolt pattern. thats a good way to get yourself a lawsuit. wheel strength issues are usually at the rim.

my .02 cents

16.5 lbs or 7.5 kg for stock WRX wheel

the 17x7 +48 superleggera I am getting are 15 lbs or 7 kg (they have to be rounding becuase 15.4 lbs = 7 kg, i'm thinking they round the lbs)

No,

I can't really see any issue in getting multiple lug wheels. Mine are multiple lugs, and I've had them about 6 years.

See....

the answer is:

No, there should be no issues w/ getting a multiple lug pattern wheel.

However, you have to make sure the wheel has passed international wheel standards.

Each wheel/bolt pattern is tested using these standards.

so long as the wheel has passed all international standards (which i assume all marketed wheels in the US are) they should be fine.
