Truckload of STi's spotted

A buddy of mine with a WRX was driving I-5 North today near Los Banos, California, and saw a truckload of blue '04 STi's heading South towards LA. Could they be press cars?

All I have to prove this is what he told me over the phone. Anyone else see this?

I'm willing to split the STi's 50/50.

I actually saw a car carrier full of Evo's on my way home from work today. It was on the side of the road with a flat.

I know Animalmother's source also, and he seems to be pretty sure that he saw 'em. "all blue, with the large spoilers" Granted they were going in the opposite direction. Anyway, if they were leaving from lets say the bay area ports, they would definitely be heading south on I-5.

I have some faith they were real.

Now,let those monkeys at Car and Driver get a hold on one and print us out some damn numbers.

I don't know anything about Shiv's test -- it looked to me like it was a special event.
