That was the first forum I was on when I got my car. It seemed ok at the time. I learned a bit, but it started to go downhill. Waiting forever for parts from those punks really made up my mind.

When I buy something from an online vendor, I research the name all over the place to make sure they are legit. Search this forum. You'll be surprised how many repeat customers these people have...

Sorry to hear these twirps are still around.

That stinks. Vivid is very untrustworthy and should be shut down.

another bad story.. sorry bro.
i ordered an STi key from them.. pretty cheap back then....
like $19... and it was in a little box.. like 3in x 4in box
and they charged me like $12 shipping~!!!!!

i went to my UPS, FEDEX, USPS and shipping across the whole U.S was only like $2-$3

VIVID is a rip off... never order again..
sure a few happy customers.. but I think a few LUCKY customers..

Agree with the credit card company dispute...usually you can ship the product back to them CC company and they will refund you and deal with it for you.

Ah yes, JC Sports. Vivid has far surpassed them.

If you wish to put some hurt on them you can file with the Arizona Attorney General or the Maricopa County Attorney's Office.
