Last week I purchased a chargespeed lip from Dan at VividRacing and it turned out perfect. Not a single issue with fitment, fast shipping, and lip looks amazing... For best prices I suggest speaking with Dan.

This is one that I'm still confused about. Are they really that bad? How could they stay in business if they've had so many problems with their customers. I have noticed that their prices do tend to be higher than average.

seriously man I've bought things from people with bad reviews and the funny thing is everything turns out great!! I just look for the product I want, and if they have it in stock I buy.. for instance I called vivid racing for the lip and they gave me a MUCH better deal than website price thats why they say call for best pricing.

I ordered some endlinks from vivid a couple of years ago before I was even aware of nasioc and the vendor review forum. When I told a few of my friends where I had ordered them from they all gave me looks of horror and told me I shouldve ordered from somewhere else. I replied by saying I only ordered endlinks how could they screw that up but sure enough they did, it took me over a month to get them. Im glad your having a good experience with them and I hope it continues especialy if you are getting good prices on your parts. Maybe theyve changed a little and are giving better customer service than before.

Thanks man.. I actually took the time to read some of the reviews for vivid. To me it seems like they changed big time.

Its funny that im kind of an annoying customer that asks alot of questions before buying something and I was impressed that Dan just took his time to answer allllllll my questions and was available to talk to online about products late @night way after business hours. Kinda sucks that all those people had problems, which could also be a problem with patience.

+1. That could also be the reason they are so helpful. If you piss off damn near every customer you best start making new ones fast.

What the hell are you talking about? Yes Vivid may not be the best in the business, but they stock a hell of alot more than just rims. I have bought more than a few items from them from boost controllers to brake pads. Stop spreading more mis-information about the company. They may suck for out of the area people (based on some things I have read), but they take care of their locals (based on my experiences).

Regardless it wasnt a big deal but I'll take my business elsewhere. 9000 dollars invested and a couple bucks went to a bad vendor....no skin off my teeth...
