What happened to the HiVisibility @ Target thread?

I was planning on heading to Target to pick up some supplies, and remembered someone mentioned that the much hyped Phillips Hi Visibility bulbs were in stock. I went to search for the Thread to see which Target it was... But the thread is gone?

By the way, the Target near Main and Kirby and the Target down in the Sugarland area off 59 both don't have the Phillips bulbs... Instead they have these crappy "xenon" whatever pieces of son of a why I oughtta....

I 45 and West Road had a couple sets about two weeks ago.

It's on I-45, north of downtown. The Kmart is near Fry Electronics on the south bound I-45 feeder road just south of Beltway 8 at West Road.
