Jfrankon,
Thanks for the head's up =)

Adiliyo,
Yeah we can do that design. I'd suggest the SWRT design though:

555 is a tabaco company who sponsors Subaru, so I've heard.

Thanks,
giulio

PS I cant beleive this board sensor's the letters "jay-ay-pee". I can't write "***an" or "***anese"!? These cars come from ***an! haha

how come my japanese came out okay? weird...

That is very strange. maybe its just something about being a vendor?
Another cool 555 fact. Use a scientific calcultor. Make sure it's in Decimal mode. Type in 555. Hit Hex. It turns into 22B!
Can you get to me the 555 logo you'd like to use? I know there have been a few version over the years.

Thanks,
giulio

Adiliyo,
I can embroider many fabrics. The headrest covers are the easiest for customers to do, and look really good. What you send me is just the covers, not the entire headrest.
I'll start looking for that logo for you.

Thanks,
giulio

I'd like this on my headrest. Does anyone have pics of it actually on a headrest??

Can we set something up? Do you take credit card?

sorry if this is a bit off topic, but i haven't taken a really good look at the new 04 seats yet, but i do know they are one piece (attached headrests) so does anyone know if you can take the fabric off the seats? it'd be really nice to put something right around the neck area of the seats, but i don't know how i would get it off without cutting the seat, which isn't something i'd want to do...any ideas? =)

InfamousDX,
There are some pics at my site: http://universeg.com/hre/gallery/subaru/
Though none have that exact color scheme. But I must say it looks really really nice!

I take payment through paypal.com. I'm pretty sure you can use a credit card through them. Please use this form to Place an order. If you have any questions feel free to IM/PM/Email me,

Adiliyo,
I found a pretty current (i think) pic of the 555 logo and recreated it. Does this look right?

If your headrest covers can't come off, we're going to have a really hard time embroidering. Let me know when you're sure of your seat fabric.

Flexx999,
I'm in NY. Yes I'll ship to canada. Let me know your address and I'll see what shipping to there will be like. If it's only a few bucks more I'll not charge you extra.

Thanks,
giulio

You CAN take the fabric off, but its one piece, the whole back of the seat. The "headrests" dont exist since the seats are one piece.

hmm...is that a reaaaly complicated and pita to do? if it's not to bad then maybe i'll do it anyways and it might be better, since the embroidery would probably look better a little lower than where the "headrest"part is, but since the seats are black, i'll probably go with the prodrive logo...sorry for the hassle, but hey i might not get an 04 and have to stick w/ my 03...so i'll let you know, really would like to get this done though

the pic looks about right though, but the one i saw on the car seemed like the "swoosh" part of it was reversed, is it just this pic or am i right?

in your opinion how do you think the 555 would look on the new 04 seats?

03WRXMA,
Thank you for your input! =)

Adiliyo,
The swoosh direction is dictated by the side of the car it's on. The pic I used was the passenger side. But I think your image of the driver's side is more correct, because the SWRT logo swooshes in that same direction.
Full seats are not that complicated but are a pita. I'll have to make sure the entire seat cover will fit into the embroidery machine. If so then we can proceede. I'll post an answer later today.
Well... my opinion.... is mine. I don't always like to give it because everyone has different taste. You should get the design you want. Just walk up to your car with the window down and imagine "a design" on the headrest (or seat in this case). Which design do you see - what does your eye want to see there?
Getting past that... honoring the rally cars is cool and all, but I'd not go with 555. I'd use SWRT or WRX IMPREZA. No matter which you get, its going to look really good!

Thanks Kopf_Jager!

thanks for the input!

maybe when i go down to the dealer i'll take some pics of the seat and photoshop on different things and see what looks best to me..

mostly i was concerned with the colors clashing or looking a bit odd...black and yellow...kinda like a bee or something...i hate bees anyways, hopefully this weekend i can go take a look and maybe work out some deal to buy the car soon

i was talking to my mom about the one piece situation with the 04 seats, and she suggested this: what if i send you a piece of fabric (probably black, and as close as i can get to the 04 seat pattern, color, etc) then you embroider the logo (probably going with the prodrive ) then when i get it back, i cut it out like a patch of sorts and either glue (with fabric glue, which i'm told is very strong) or sew it onto the seats whereever i wish.....will this work and look okay?

Yes that is something that is done a lot, especially for harder materials like backpacks and metal lockers.
The downfall is that I can only give you that patch. The rest is up to you... meaning I can only be responsible for the quality of the patch- not the placement, glue, thread, or sewing method used to keep it on.
The patches have about an inch border around the design with an embossed rim.

Thanks,
g

I want to get the WRX IMPREZA style on my headrest.
Have you ever done one with Blue fill on the wrx(1) and text(4) and yellow/gold on the outline(2) and bar(3).

Did it turn out good? Are there any pics? What would you suggest on my car?

Thanks,
Dustin

dust12,
Yes I did do one like that. I think it was my favorite set! Blue and gold is a great match. I may be weighed though since I have rbp and gold rims =)
I remember taking a pic of it. That was a long time ago though. I'll try to find it for you and post here.

flex999,
Shipping to canada is $16.24USD. But take off $3.85 that I build into the price. So, $72.39USD for a cloth pair shipped back to you.

Thanks everyone,
giulio

Question

What would be the total cost to have a logo stitched on both headrests, AND both sides (top) of the rear seat (if that's possible)? Just curious.

Thanks.

Subasaurus Rex,

I'm not too sure I know what you mean. Starting with the 03s the rear seat has 3 headrests, right (or is it just the wagons)? The middle one doesn't work that well, so lets go with 4 like you asked. The price is $120, sine it's double the work, thread, and shipping weight. This has been done and looks great:

nohopekid,
You can make any color combination you'd like. However, if you chose green, you'd be the first =)
