those are the same plates as in one of the 3 videos that were posted last week. also take a look at the 3/4 rear view. it's parked next to another one, and there is the rim/fender of a stock wrx in the reflection on the bumper.

interestingly NJ requires both front and rear plates and that car only has a rear plate.

I noticed that too....even though nearby PA does not require plates in the front.

Maybe that's because it's a manufacturer plate. I know if you have a dealer plate, you only need one.
