Victoria tire and wheel?

Has anyone ever heard of a company called Victoria tire and wheel? it seems like a pretty legit site, basically works like the tire rack, but i was wondering if anyone has done business with them. and if anyone has, are they a good company or are they not even worth bothering with? i ask because they have the wheels that i want really cheap and its free shipping also. if anyone has any info, it would be greatly appreciated!

I ordered a set of wheels from them years ago (like 4) and i had no problems with them the wheels showed up the day they said with all hardware and everything included I needed
