Yes.

Default nice drives on the island?

My parents just bought a house in Sooke, and I'm heading up there in a few days to check it out; any "must-see" spots or great roads in the area?

Also, on an unrelated note, are there any good bike shops near Sooke?

Thanks

Stay on the same road you use to get to Sooke but keep going for about another hour. Very nice road with very few cars (on weekdays).

Yes, Highway 14 past Sooke to Port Renfrew is an excellent road.
At Port Renfrew you may want to visit Botanical Beach which is about a 10 minute drive on gravel. Follow signs to the parking lot then a 20 minute walk to the beach. Worth it and take a camera.
Try and arrive with the tide low as there is a lot of sea life.

If you feel advanturous you may also want to head north from Port Renfrew to either Port Alberni or Lake Cowichan. This will take you through gravel mainlines and you will experience some nice scenery of the interior. It makes a wonderful 5 hour loop back to Victoria.

There's another bike store in Victoria, can't quite remember the name or exact location, only that it is on a one way street on the left side.

Default da whole west end of the island tofino hwy

Not sure if you want to go there unless you plan on staying in tofino but the highway to there (once you get past the port alberni highway) is quite twisty. I'm sure the full grippin AWD would have a ball there. It's about 3.5 hours from nanaimo ferry terminal.
