Okay.
Yesterday, saw that Blue WRX w/ the hood scoop travelling on 116st. It was Scott's dad, if i think i'm right.

Today, spotted a white GC8 2.5RS Impreza with either black or dark blue Subaru swoosh on the side of the car. Whose is that one? Front windows were slightly tinted, white caucasian driver with dark hair.

Has anyone seen an '04 WRX in Edmonton? Yesterday I saw a silver '04 WRX parked in front of my apartment building. Get this, this person walked out of my apartment building and started it up! That would be ... oh ... the first girl I have seen driving an RS/WRX. Anyway, it was silver. Looks pretty nice.

Come down to Red Deer. There is a mid-20s girl with a blue WRX, a mid 30's lady with a WRX and a 40 something lady with a white WRX (she waved to me).

UPDATE

I ran into Don Currie today at KAL Tire in Sherwood Park while picking up my Wife's Legacy after having a new alignment done.

Don had a new set of NOKIAN gravel tires just installed on his WRX with speedline gravel rims (gold). Don let me take his car for a spin while he rode shotgun and we chatted. Don couldn't stop talking about the Rally School he attended with Jorge this past weekend. This guy is hard core!!!

Anyway, my first impression of driving a WRX with gravel tires on tarmac is .... noisey and loving every minute of it.

I also experienced my first boosted car and absolutely loved it. The car is a complete dog below 3200rpm where even my RS has twice the torque, but after that .... bye bye RS!!!!

Nice Car!! Nice Guy!!! Nice Tires!!!

PS the roof vent is VERY cool and VERY functional.

Markus, now it's UR turn to take that school. It's way fun......and from what i hear, much better when i first attended it. Maybe i should do it again?

Does Don drive the blue WRX with the fake rally roof scoop? If so, he was running Hakka Qs for the rally school... same as me. Those are amazing winter tires and they are great on gravel and mud too. I couldn't believe how fast these cars could safely go sideways.

I saw a blue '04 WRX at WEM last weekend.

IMNSHO, it looks every bit as fugly as it appears in pictures. I had much less of an issue with the bugeye.

It AIN'T fake. It's 100% fully functional and looks like a stock item from the inside. In fact, it works so well, I asked Don to close it because it wasn't that warm yesterday.
