My fault entirely, I didn't notice in Savka's graphs that the hp & torque scales are not exactly the same - it's just that they happened to be the same on everyone elses.

Now I feel really stupid

After this reflash, I'm ready for a vishnu stage 2.

Does anyone know, if i leave my stealthback in, and switch to catless pipe with the prodrive, will that have enough flow to handle a vf30 and ~250whp?
Yes VF30 and stealthback is fine with a cat but you need a aftermarket muffler. (Prodrives makes good power and so does TXS's magnaflow)

The axes weren't exactly the same on my chart either. That's what happens when torque is ~250 and hp is ~265. The dynojet software auto-scaled the axes and so they aren't exactly the same.
