Default Trans swap complete. Need downpipe gasket.

Anyone have a used turbo/downpipe gasket I can have?

I munched mine up while swapping the tranny in the Legacy.

Thanks!

Yes, it's the same turbo exhaust housing (and gaskets) on 02/03 WRX.

hehe, I didn't know you were planning on changing sex. Is that so you could run SML so you only had Terri to worry about in the civic?

Austin, were you having tranny problems or did you upgrade?

I'll have an old (really old, 30K+) DP gasket on Saturday too and spare TXS hardware.

Yes, I was having tranny problems. 3rd gear synchro has been gone for a while. 5th and then 3rd gear began to pop out of gear under decel, meaning either synchros are completely trashed and/or bearings gone... So I just swapped it out. (Legacy, not wrx)

Pat, the only reason I'd do that is so I'd be more compatable with you... my sailor boy... And, if I'm not mistaken, after 2 events, I'm in the lead in Street Mod in the SCCA series... C'mon boy! Step up and get some sticky tires!

Jeff Winchell thinks you could be of National caliber... if only you'd apply yourself...

I have the tires I just need my wheels and the (for lack of a better word) nice guys at Rota are taking forever to send me my new set of attacks.

And he thinks! ha! I AM national caliber..... i'm even faster than the SRT-4.

I checked - P@'s car is about 5" narrower than a pony car... so P@ should be able to "thrash" him...

Maybe someone will say that about me someday. If someone would just design for an overweight small car with a bunch of turbo lag
