what tap size do i need for a defi egt sensor mount?

going to get the tap for it, but i want to be sure bout the size.

1/8 BSPT (I think they say "1/8 PT" in the booklet). I got a tap from Maryland Metrics (www.mdmetrics.com).

Also the drill bit you need is a "letter R" bit.

metricsunlimited.com, i think snapon.com sells them also. pretty sure the drill bit size is 8.6mm, that's what the guy at metrics unlimited told me on the phone.

I got mine from Sears.

They had both the 1/8 BSPT tap and the "letter R" drill bit on the shelf.
