Default snow tires

Where can I get ahold of snow tires like they use if FIA WRC? I see when they do the sweden ralyl[I think] they use very narrow tires with wide open lugs on them. I can't find anything like that on tire rack. I figure they are made by Pirelle or michelin.

Subaru runs the Pirellis with studs while everyone else uses Michelin. Where do you plan on running these tires unless you plan on doing some racing on a frozen lake somewhere? Not such a good idea on roads.
