Default Power Steering Pump question

Over the weekend I had to replace the bearing in my A/C tensioner pulley. I also changed my belts cause they were due.
Anyway, when I had the belts removed I inspected the Alternator and Pwr Steering pump. I notice that when I rocked the power steering pulley back and fourth (placing my fingers on top of the pulley with a side-to-side motion) I could hear a very distinct clicking sound. The pulley rotated freely and only clicked when rocked back and fourth. Is this normal or do I have a bad Pump?

Thanks in advance!
Chad
