Default just finished shopping...

silver '04 WRX wagon MT in midcoast ME, with sound upgrade, rails & ski rack, armrest and bumper cover: $23,425 before tax, fees, etc. I'm picking it up from the dealer on monday after they put all those toys in for me....it's gonna be the longest five days of my life!! good luck on the search, I looked around and researched for almost a year before I got down to business.

2004 WRX wagon, with no options would cost $22693. If you would like a sedan, they start at $23147. Thats what a dealership around here quoted me when I emailed them.

If you live near Seattle, Joe Spitz is undoubtedly the man. Email him for a price quote if you're in the area and serious. I wish like hell Seattle was a little closer to here. http://www.cars101.com/subaru/impreza/impreza2004.html

If you live near New York, the dealer people seem to like who has decent prices posted to the web site is Van Bortel Subaru. It looks like he's $1 over invoice on the base and in the middle on the options.

Unfortunately I live near Dallas. Most of the 03 Wagons were damaged by hail in the area and the dealerships for whatever reason overordered on 03 Sedans and decided to pass on the first round 04 models. As a result, they expect me to pay $1000-1500 over invoice and I'm just not willing to do it. So, if any of you guys in Houston, Austin, Oklahoma or Louisiana know where I can get a good price that'd be worth my drive, let me know. (FYI: Freight from NY or Seatle to Dallas is about $1000, I considered it.)
