Default Shaving wheel for offset clearance

My friend has this wheels which fit fine on his car, however the front wheels offset a bit towards the outside. He would like to shave the inner side of the hub about 5mm. I have heard some shops do this. Any recommendations in the Los Angeles Metro. area?

I would recommend not to.

You don't ever want to compromise the structural integridy of a wheel...it might never break, but I wouldn't want run that chance on my car.

Either way your still compromising the integrity of the original design. There's no garauntee that the wheel won't develop cracks or suffer a catastrophic failure in the long run. If he's really bent on doing this, maybe you should check the local forums. Someone may know a shop that will help out.
