Question Ground Control Springs

I'm interested to hear what you folks running Ground Control set-ups decided to go with on spring selection. I'm curious about rates, but more importantly, lengths. I've seen people running different lengths but mostly 8" and 9" or a combination of these. GC is saying they would not recommend anything other than a 7" spring! This seems pretty short to me!

I could use your input. What rates, lengths did you go with? How much did you lower the car? What struts are you running them on?

Thanks,
Bob

Does this mean you're thinking of swapping out your Progress springs already?

Yep. As much as I like them, I want to change it all when I put the Konis on. Know anyone that wants to buy some Progress springs that are 2.5 weeks old?

I actually forgot what I'm running length wise. I'm at almost stock ride height with my GC's (350 lbs front, 300 rear) on stock struts. Waiting for my Group N top mounts to come in, so I can put the GC's on my STi v.7 RA struts. I'll try and get you measurements. -Bolster
