What ramge of rpm do you prefer to shift?
3000rpm-4000rpm?
4500rpm?
5000rpm?

3,000 to 4,000, unless trying to overtake a hotshot who's getting on my nerves!!!

Around 3K, unless I'm feeling "frisky" - then I wind 'er all the way out to 6 grand. Whoo-hoo!

3K is about right. If I want to hear that boxer sound, I shift at around 5 or 6k.

3000 for normal around town driving. For more spirited fun, I go to 5500-6000. And on the WRX, that's pretty easy to do.
