Default Tein S-Tech springs on MY99 OBS?

These are WRX wagon springs, but I was wondering if anyone had experience running these on a GF8 (MY99 wagon)?

With the weight difference, I was primarily wondering if this would "lift" my car of make the front higher than the back?

For anyone who has these springs, what struts are you running, and how's the ride/performance?

TIA
Mike

BTW, here's a link to the spring specs: http://members.rogers.com/mittens20/tei-stech.htm
