Default Wheel balance

I've gotten my wheels balanced again through warranty because it was causing vibration through steering wheel at around 70mph.

Now, I get that same vibration at 80mph. One concern is that my dealer says there is no vibration when they test it. I found out that when the tire is cold, it does not vibrate at any speed, but when it gets hot, it starts vibrating. So all they have been doing was driving the car when the tire was cold.

I currently have 36psi on the front, 32 psi on the rear wheels. Possibly bad wheel? They won't rebalance the wheels because they couldn't feel the vibration and I am worried if I ask them to drive more than 30 min in the afternoon (possible abuse?).

Possibly bad tires?

Any input would be appreciated.

Go to any shop that has a Hunter 9700 road force balancer. That will be able to find out more about the tire than any standard balancer... www.hunter.com

Move your fronts to the rear and see if you have a vibration in the steering wheel still. If you don't, move one at a time of the original front wheels back to the front to see which one is bad.

So only front wheels cause steering wheel vibration?
If I find and leave the bad tire on the rear axle, is it going to cause any problems ? (bearing?)

I am thinking it has something to do with tire pressure/air expansion difference between the tires.
